Lindsay has re-discovered faith in god, says Michael Lohan

London: Lindsay Lohan`s father Michael has said his daughter re-discovered her Christian faith while she was in jail and he is now confident she can get her life back on track.

"When she was in jail, there were certain things that happened that really relieved me. I really believe that she`s got a connection with god again," a news website quoted Michael as saying. However, Michael said his daughter needs to make the right decisions about the people she trusts. "I think from here on in, an important element is that people, places and things in her life have to be the right ones. She has to make sure she surrounds herself with people that care about her and not about the business and her career," said Michael. Lindsay was jailed last month for breaching her probation stemming from a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol. She spent 23 days in rehab. IANS
