Now, topless photo of Heather Mills` ex-nanny surfaces

London: Charity campaigner Heather Mills` former nanny is said to have been left embarrassed with her topless photo showing her boob job.

Sara Trumble had gotten the photographs taken after she left Mills` employment, and the photographer who had taken them said he was surprised to find that she had had a boob job. "She was still quite young," a news daily quoted the photographer, who asked not to be named, as saying. "I can only presume she did it to pursue a glamour modelling career. It was supposed to be a lingerie shoot but it was her idea to take it to the next stage and go topless. "But I have to say that for 4,000 pounds, I don’t think they were a great job," he added. A friend of Trumble`s said on April 2 that the nanny was left embarrassed. "She is now slightly embarrassed by the photos, which are not very good," the friend added. ANI
