LiLo allowed to shoot fashion advert

London: Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has returned to her work commitments after health experts approved her progress at a rehabilitation centre.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star, who has been in and out of jail and rehab this year, is spending three months at California`s Betty Ford clinic after failing two mandatory drug tests and violating her probation. Contactmusic.com reports, she has improved during her time in the centre. She was allowed to complete a fashion advert for Russian clothes company Kira Plastinina. IANS
