London: Jermaine Jackson has rubbished all reports of a fall out between his siblings, insisting they have patched up after the death of their brother Michael. The Jackson took over the music world by storm when Motown Records introduced them in the 1960s as The Jackson Five. However, when the group separated with the label in 1976, Jermaine stuck around with Motown as a solo artist.
Jermaine confesses that his decision caused a feud in the family, but is quick to point out that all is well now.
"We’ve had a long history and I guess it started when I stayed at Motown and they moved on (to Epic Records) and we all have our own reasons why we do things. I thought it was the most honourable thing to do at the time, because we were introduced to the world as the Jackson Five at Motown," the Daily Express quoted him, as saying.
The other brothers - Jermaine, Marlon, Tito and Jackie - are expecting that their upcoming TV show, "The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty", will show people they are just like any other "normal family".
Tito added: "The reality show will express that we’re a normal family, that we love each other dearly. Regardless of what people may say, he has my back and I have his back."
