Hilary Duff’s LA mansion up for grab for $6.25 mn

New York: Hilary Duff has re-listed her first mansion for a staggering 6.25 million dollars.

According to Zillow, Duff, who had been living in the Toluca Lake, California, mansion when she was the star of Disney’s ‘Lizzie McGuire’ franchise, decided to let it go following her move to Beverly Hills. Duff shifted with her husband, NHL player Mike Comrie, to the 3.85-million-dollars home last year, reports the New York Daily News. The Toluca Lake home has a stretch of 9,277 square feet and is bigger than Duff’s current home. The mansion boasts a library, billiard room and teen actress-appropriate cognac tasting-room and wine cellar. It also has a private gym, gift-wrapping room and game room besides having a pool, a covered pergola and an outdoor fireplace. ANI
