Rani gets defensive about her relationship on camera!

Zeenews Bureau Mumbai: A number of celebrities have made an appearance on veteran actress Simi Garewal’s talk show and opened up about their personal and love life. The latest celebrity who came on the show, Rani Mukerjee got rather defensive and denied on camera when she was asked about her relationship with filmmaker Aditya Chopra. A source from the sets of the television show informed a daily, "Before the shoot started, both Simi and Rani Mukerji were discussing Aditya Chopra at length. In fact, Rani was looking rather happy sharing the details of her love life with the elder actress." According to the source, Simi wanted to make Rani comfortable with the subject before they start rolling the camera. "She did not want to take the actress by surprise with her questions related to Aditya Chopra," added the source. Once the camera started rolling, everything was going well until Simi started asking Rani about her relationship with Adi. "When Simi asked Rani about Aditya on camera, the younger actress immediately denied being in any relationship. This came as a surprise considering their earlier interaction off the sets. Simi was under the impression that after all these years Rani is perhaps ready to talk about her love life. And considering Rani has poured her heart out earlier, Simi was rather shocked by the denial," said the source from the sets. Though, sources revealed that the section in question might not make it to the final cut of the show, the official spokesperson of the channel said, "We haven`t been told about any such cuts in the episode as of now."
