After completing a gruelling chemotherapy session Douglas returns to acting.

New York: Hollywood veteran Michael Douglas who recently completed a gruelling chemotherapy session for throat cancer has returned to acting after a brief hiatus.
The `Wall Street` star has been battling the disease since summer this year and completed the tedious treatment in October, a daily reported. Douglas declared he is determined to beat the illness and showed signs of recovery by filming a one-minute clip for an online video in a leather armchair. "He`s doing better. He keeps improving, but it`s a slow process," his representative said. Meanwhile, the 66-year-old actor will make his full return to acting next year when he begins shooting for his portrayal of flamboyant pianist in `Liberace`. PTI
