Tata Coffee reappoints Hameed Huq as Managing Director
New Delhi:Tata Coffee today said it has reappointed Hameed Huq as Managing Director for next one year.
In a filing to the BSE, the company said its board, in meeting held on December 14, "reappointed Hameed Huq as Managing Director for a period of one year commencing from January 3, 2013".
Tata Coffee, a subsidiary of Tata Global Beverages, is one of the Asia's largest coffee plantation company.
It produces around 10,000 tonnes of coffee from its 19 estates in South India and its 2 instant coffee manufacturing facilities have a combined installed capacity of 6,000 tonnes.
Shares of the company at 1420 hrs was trading at Rs 1,433.70, up 3.16 per cent from its previous close at the BSE.
