Paris Hilton mulling launching chain of hotels, beach clubs

Washington: Following her great-grandfather’s footsteps, socialite Paris Hilton wants to launch her own hotel and beach club chain.

The great-granddaughter of hotelier Conrad Hilton, who founded the world-famous Hilton hotel chain in 1925, plans to venture into real estate after trying her skills in numerous other businesses. “The next step for me is to be more involved with real estate. I``d love to open my own hotel and beach clubs. I``m actually in the process right now of doing that, so I``m excited,” a website quoted her as saying. Hilton, 30, has been involved in a range of business adventures, including her own perfumes, footwear, and clothing lines. She also endorses a nightclub chain. ANI
