London: The ‘Behind the Mask’ project, which was started in March, features thousands of Michael Jackson fans from across the world, paying tribute to the late King of Pop. The posthumous Michael Jackson tribute video was released yesterday, featuring fans in various MJ stylised outfits, performing his famous dance moves and facial expressions. Grammy-nominated director Dennis Liu collated the music video from thousands of fan submitted footage received for the project. The single ‘Behind the Mask’ was dropped from Michael Jackson’s posthumous album ‘Michael’ back in December. The video represents the voices of MJ fans from all around the world and their creativity and talents is an ode to the spirit of the legend. ‘Behind the Mask’ is touted as the most epic international collaboration of MJ video of all time.
