Review: Enjoy ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ this winters

Mumbai: With Christmas vacations around the corner, its celebration time for animation lovers as earlier, if it was ‘A Christmas Carol’, this week around Disney brings you the adventures of ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ in animation! Directed by Klay Hall and supported by the voice-overs of Mae Whitman, Lucy Liu, Jesse McCartney, Raven-Symoné and Kristin Chenoweth, Peter Pan’s pet fairy is back in action that too with a full fledged feature film. ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ is a tale of true friendship. Tinker Bell, as known to all for her ingenuity is entrusted the task of making a sceptre complete with a moonstone that traps the moonshine in order to release blue pixie dust thereby rejuvenating the Pixie Dust tree. While Tinker Bell is given this big task, it’s her friend Terrence whose assistance annoys the former and involuntarily leads to the damage of her own creation. A grief-stricken Tinker Bell parts her ways with Terrence and looks out for face saving devises before the queen. An excellently piece of animation, ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ comes with great details that adds to its visual appeal. Be it the blue cricket popping out from the clock or the butterflies salute or the amazing Fairy Tale Theatre whose orchestra includes the entire animal kingdom, ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ is an invigorating flick. Well, ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ comes with a fair share of suspense too, check out the gripping chase where Tinker Bell is being chased by rodents. In all, the movie looks credulous, complete with pleasure moments. Though ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ looks a wee bit stretched towards the end, overall, the movie is a delightful watch. Do catch up ‘Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure’ this weekend. Ratings: Two cheers for this one!
