New Delhi: As per a survey, call drops in India are higher than the global average as per a survey report published in Business Standard. The report by the RedMango Analytics says that in India about 4.73 percent call drops happen on an average which is higher than the global average of three percent.

The report further adds that about 60 percent of the drops happen due to poor quality and 37 percent due to telecom network faults.

 

The survey was conducted across 20 cities including Mumbai and Jammu.

The observations also claims that higher-priced smartphones worth Rs 30,000 and above experienced lowest call drops followed by mid-range smartphones.
