Dr Conrad Murray ‘won’t accept any plea bargain in MJ death’

Dr Conrad Murray has reportedly said that he will not accept any plea bargain in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case.

Washington: Dr Conrad Murray has reportedly said that he will not accept any plea bargain in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case.
Sources directly connected to Murray told TMZ.com that Dr. Murray feels so strongly about his innocence that even a plea with no jail time would be out of the question. Interestingly, he says so even though no plea bargain has been offered and sources reveal that the L.A. County District Attorney will not offer one. Dr. Murray``s defense revolves around the fact that only two people were in the room around the time Michael died, those being Murray and Jackson. He insists that he did not administer the fatal dose of Propofol. His lawyers` theory: Murray left to go to the bathroom, a frustrated MJ woke up, administered Propofol himself in a desperate attempt to get some sleep. ANI
