Music of upcoming flick ‘Robot’ launched in Mumbai

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan was the chief guest on the occasion. Produced by Kalanidhi Maran and Hansraj Saxena and directed by Tamil film director Shankar Shanmugam, the movie stars Rajinikanth, Aishwarya Rai and Danny Denzongpa among others. The soundtrack of the flick has been composed by acclaimed music director A R Rahman. The film with a budget of rupees 1.5 billion is touted as the costliest Indian movie so far. “Excellent characters created by Shankar, beautiful love triangle, it is amazing, ………….. we have almost seen the picture, we enjoyed it and definitely you also will enjoy and this is the first of its kind on Indian screen,” said Rajinikanth. “This movie Robot, Endhiran (in Tamil), is a very sincere effort by the entire team. This film that has taken two years in the making, we as a team believe, should definitely be quite a landmark in our cinematic experience and every effort is being made to make it just that,” said Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Robot is a science fiction film in which Rajinikanth is paired opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and the film has been shot at exotic locations around the world. It is expected to release worldwide on September 24 along with its dubbed versions, Robot in Hindi and Robo in Telugu. ANI
