Russell Brand to haunt audiences with new horror comedy

Russell Brand is all set to scare theatre audience with his upcoming horror comedy flick ‘The Hauntrepreneur’.

London: Russell Brand, who recently parted ways with wife Katy Perry after a 14-month marriage, is all set to scare theatre audience with his upcoming horror comedy flick ‘The Hauntrepreneur’.

The `Forgetting Sarah Marshall` comedian has been cast in this new film just three months after Ben Stiller replaced him in a remake of hit BBC comedy Rentaghost. The story of the new movie revolves around as an eccentric old man who helps a family fit into a new town by building them a haunted house. Michael Bay — the man behind the Transformers films — will be producing the movie and till now, Brand is the only casting announcement to date, the Sun reported. The 36-year-old will next be seen in Rock of Ages alongside Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Alec Baldwin. ANI
