They also enjoyed a double date with 34-year-old Cooper`s `Hangover` co-stars Justin Bartha and Zach Galifianakis. The 41-year-old actress dressed up for the occasion in towering Christian Louboutin bondage. Cooper was most recently linked to Jennifer Aniston, his `He`s Just Not That Into You` co-star, but he always insisted they were `just friends` while Zellweger made headlines when she divorced country star Kenny Chesney in 2005, just after three months of marriage.
