Mumbai: Yash Raj`s first ever film with Salman Khan, `Ek Tha Tiger` to be directed by Kabir Khan has found a new shoot locale. Reportedly, the `Dabangg` Khan starrer flick will be shot in Iraq, a country which has been ripped by war for over a number of years. And if all goes well, this film will be the first ever Bollywood film to be shot in the politically volatile nation. To get shooting permission sanctioned was a tough task for the filmmaker considering Iraq`s war ravaged state of affairs. Apparently, Yash Raj had written a letter to the government of Iraq seeking permission to shoot a full fledged action sequence in their country. The Iraqi government has extended warm support to the banner and has assured security arrangements. It has also arranged for helicopters so that the unit can commute at ease. Talking to a daily, a source revealed, “It was expected that the permission would be granted. We guess Iraq wants to convey loud and clear that all is well in their country.” Kabir and Yash Raj had sought Salman`s nod before approaching the Iraqi government. “Salman is extremely excited about shooting in Iraq. When Kabir Khan told him about the schedule in Iraq, he immediately agreed,” the source added. Salman is expected to visit Iraq in August for the shoot.
