Rihanna is fuming after being told to tone down her sexy antics.

London: Pop star Rihanna is reportedly fuming after being told to tone down her sexy antics ahead of her appearance at this year’s Brit Awards. The ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ star had planned on an eye-popping performance of her controversial new single S&M for Tuesday’s ceremony.
However, show bosses have asked her to change some of the song’s more risky lyrics as the event at London’s O2 Arena is being broadcast live on ITV1. The offending verse involves the words: “Sex in the air, I don’t care/I love the smell of it.” “Rihanna is fuming about the situation - and it’s left Brit bosses in a panic over what she will do on the night. She may scrap performing S&M altogether now and choose to do a "safe" pop number to keep the prudes at bay,” a news daily quoted. The single has already been banned by Radio 1 and the raunchy video has been banned in 11 countries because of its near-the-knuckle imagery featuring the star sucking on a banana and wearing latex bondage gear. Meanwhile, Rihanna`s performance at tomorrow’s Grammy’s is also under threat after the star was struck down with bronchitis and laryngitis. Despite her illness, she is still rehearsing and remains hopeful of making the event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, where she will perform her duet ‘Love The Way You Lie’ with Eminem. ANI
