London: British singer Lily Allen has been advised to take good care of herself on tour because she suffers from arthritis.and knees, often leaves her in agony, reported contactmusic.com.

Allen suffered a nasty fall while she was on tour in August and needed painkiller injections in order to carry on with the concerts. "I`ve got mild arthritis in my hands and my knees. It runs in my family. My bones break very easily," said Allen. IANS
