London: If reports are to be believed, then Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva recently spent a full day in court in a bid to have the actor`s child support payments increased.
The former couple split earlier this year (10) and they have endured a messy public war of words in recent weeks as they attempt to thrash out custody arrangements for their nine-month-old daughter Lucia, reports the Daily Star.
Grigorieva appeared at a closed court hearing in Los Angeles and her lawyers spent hours arguing why Gibson should increase his monthly payments for Lucia from the reported 3,333 pounds he is already paying, according to TMZ.com.
The website reports the judge overseeing the case decided to postpone ruling on the subject. The ‘Braveheart’ star was not present at the hearing.
