Justin Bieber thanks Taylor Swift for singing `Baby` on tour

Los Angeles: Teen sensation Justin Bieber has thanked country sweetheart Taylor Swift for singing his popular song `Baby` on her tour.

Swift, 21, who was forced to cancel her shows for suffering from bronchitis, returned to the stage at Toronto, Canada. The `Love Story` hitmaker, who surprised fans by performing an acoustic version of Bieber`s `Baby`, was later applauded by the Canadian teen icon on the social networking site. "@taylorswift13 heard you sang BABY at your concert in TO. thank u for the love... might have to come by and stop in on a show," wrote Bieber on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Swift`s summer tour resumed on July 14 in Montreal. She had earlier cancelled her show at Kentucky, making it the first time the singer has ever had to cancel a show due to illness. However, she had alerted her fans to the news on Twitter, writing, "Louisville, I so sorry to have to postpone this show to Oct 11. This is my first time having to do this. I`m so, so sorry." PTI
