Josh Hutcherson buys Heath Ledger`s tree house

`The Hunger Games` star Josh Hutcherson has bought a USD 3 million mansion known as the Tree House.

Los Angeles: `The Hunger Games` star Josh Hutcherson has bought a USD 3 million mansion known as the Tree House, a property which previously belonged to stars such as Ellen DeGeneres and the late actor Heath Ledger.
The 19-year-old actor is now the owner of the 2,000-square-foot-plus house in Hollywood Hills, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor living area of 2,500 square feet containing a movie lounge and barbecue space, reported Ace Showbiz. It was built in 1951 featuring glass walls, polished concrete floors, an office, beamed ceilings and video security. DeGeneres sold the house to Ledger and his then girlfriend Michelle Williams in 2005. The house was listed last September for USD 2.995 million, but it is unknown whether Hutcherson paid a full price. PTI
