Los Angeles: Grammy-winning singer Adele has clarified her official blog about her "five-year hiatus plan", insisting she would indeed take a break but it won`t be that long.

The `Rolling in the Deep` hitmaker had said in the blog she wanted to take a five-year break from her career to focus on her relationship, but has now clarified her actual meaning, Ace Showbiz reported. "I`ve a few days off now, and then it`s the Brit Awards here at home and then I`m straight into the studio. Break for 5 years? More like 5 days!," she said. In addition to clearing up the hiatus plan, Adele, 23, said she was overwhelmed after winning six Golden Gramophones at the Grammys. "I`m absolutely flabbergasted! In between laughing my head off, welling up, needing to sit down and trying to maintain an open fire." PTI
