Ravi Chopra discharged from hospital

Filmmaker Ravi Chopra, who was hospitalised at the Breach Candy hospital here due to a lung ailment, has been discharged.

Mumbai: Filmmaker Ravi Chopra, who was hospitalised at the Breach Candy hospital here due to a lung ailment, has been discharged.
A hospital source told, "Yes, Ravi Chopra was hospitalised October 1st and was in ICU (Intensive Care Unit), but he was discharged on Oct 26th." The 66-year-old is advised bed rest. "Yes, he is back home, but his health condition is still the same. He is in complete bed rest," siad a source close to the family. Son of late B.R. Chopra, Ravi is known for directing ‘The Burning Train’ (1980), ‘Aaj Ki Awaz’ (1984), ‘Baghban’ (2003) and ‘Baabul’ (2006) among others. IANS
