With the buzz of Hrithik and Barbara’s clandestine affair, things got murkier and there were reports of Susanne walking out with her two sons and staying at her parents’ home. Mumbai, May 03: Ever since Bollywood hunk Hrithik Roshan paired alongside Mexican siren Barbara Mori for ‘Kites’, B-town has been bustling with juicy gossip of their growing intimacy. With the buzz of Hrithik and Barbara’s clandestine affair, things got murkier and there were reports of Susanne Roshan walking out with her two sons and staying at her parents’ home. However, Susanne denied any marital discord and stated that she is staying with her parents due to an anti-termite treatment in her home. In order to quash unsavory grapevine, the couple decided to stay at the Marriott hotel for a month which further added fuel in an already rife speculation of a feud between father and son. When a leading newspaper daily contacted Rakesh Roshan, the stunned filmmaker said, “It started with all these nasty rumours about Hrithik-Susanne and now, like termites, the attack has gone deeper into Hrithik’s relationship with me. Both Hrithik and I know the truth. As long as we’re one family, no one can cause any rift among us. These are baseless rumours. And why should we be answerable to people about what happens in our home? Are we supposed to let people know when there’s renovation work, when new furniture is made and when we buy a new television set? Aren’t these routine happenings? Why should we clear the air when everything is clear in our home?” Rakesh did not lose his cool and maintained that such loose talks cannot affect their credibility. He said, “Our audience, friends and fans know Hrithik and I are inseparable. Our family will always live under one roof. Nothing can change that. We’re bonded for life. I laugh at such juvenile attempts to make mischief in our lives. Nothing can split my family.” Talking about Hrithik and Susanne coming back home, papa Rakesh said, “The problem of termites lasted just a few days. As the ceiling had to be changed completely, we decided that their entire room should be renovated. Then a lot of carpentry work began in the house. Now my son and daughter-in-law have moved back into the house. They’re dividing their time between the hotel and the home, depending on when and how the renovation work goes on in their bedroom.
