Washington: Singer Roger Daltrey has confessed that his last few tours have been a ‘misery’ for him as he often felt his performances were ‘terrible’.
Daltrey’s bandmate Pete Townshend revealed to Intelligent Life magazine that Daltrey was ‘miserable as sin’ on the band’s last tour. Daltrey also refused to dispute his pal’s overview, saying that he was extremely troubled hearing what he was singing. “I felt the pressure. I was having terrible trouble hearing what I was singing and it did get to me. In fact, I’ve been suffering for quite a few of the previous tours,” Contactmusic quoted ‘The Who’ frontman as telling Rolling Stone. ANI
