Will Kareena agree to work with Shahid?

Mumbai: Is there a chance to watch Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor together again? Well, in real the possibilities are rare, but in reel you never know. In Milan Luthria’s next ‘Once Upon A Time in Mumbai 2’, there is a buzz that the ex-flames might just share screen space! If sources are to be believed, Shahid has been approached by the makers of the sequel to be cast as the parallel lead to Akshay Kumar. Akki plays the lead character loosely modeled on the lines of underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim. Now, grapevine had it that sometime back the makers sent feelers to Bebo to join the cast of OUATIM 2 as the female lead. But Kareena is still yet to give her nod to Milan and Ekta Kapoor, the producer of the franchise. An industry expert said, “While Akshay is a huge draw, Milan too has now firmly established himself as a director with good sensibilities. Moreover as a story, the sequel of `Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai` holds great significance. Add to this the marketing and promotional prowess that Ekta carries and you are already sitting on a product which is bound to be accepted by audience. It would be yet another feather in Kareena`s cap if she bags this film.`` Well, it sure will, but with Shahid joining the cast of OUATIM 2 anytime soon, it will be interesting to see if Kareena agrees to work in flick.
