Tom Felton lands music deal

`Harry Potter` star Tom Felton has landed his first record deal.

London: Actor Tom Felton, who plays the villainous character of Draco Malfoy in the `Harry Potter` franchise, has landed his first record deal.

The 22-year-old star has long dabbled with music, creating a YouTube account entitled `Feltbeats` and uploading his performance online, a news website reported. Felton also has several songs available to download on iTunes. The `Harry Potter` series is all set to end next year with the final two movies and Felton has sealed a deal with independent label Six Strings Productions to kick start his musical journey. "We have really really exciting news... Tom Felton has signed and the album is very much on its way," said a post on the company`s page on micro-blogging website Twitter. PTI
