New Delhi: Neetu Kapoor, who stars opposite her husband Rishi Kapoor in Habib Faisal`s directorial debut "Do Dooni Chaar", says had Rishi not been there, she would have not done the film.
"If Rishi was not there, probably I would have not done the film. The whole atmosphere was made comfortable and I felt at home because of his presence," Neetu told reporters here Tuesday.
The 52-year-old actress also revealed that facing camera after such a long gap gave her goose bumps.
"I was nervous to face the camera after such a long gap. The experience on the whole was very delightful. It took long to come up in front of the camera but I guess it is the right project.
"The whole process of filmmaking has changed. it has evolved drastically which also gave me jitters," she said.
So what took her so long to do a full-fledged film?
"A lot of offers came my way all this while but this script made me sure that I should take the project.
"The role that I play in the film is of a middle class wife. It was very challenging. My look is also very different in the film," the actress said.
The actress also said that she is open to do a film with her son Ranbir Kapoor.
"I would love to do a film with my son, but that would happen when the right script and subject comes our way. In fact, a film starring all three of us would be the most beautiful family affair," she said.
