MJ’s former doctor set to face more trouble

MJ’s family launching legal bid to bump up charges against his doc.

London: Michael Jackson’s former doctor is set to face more trouble, for the singer’s family is launching a legal bid to bump up the charges against him.
Lawyers for the Jackson family will file an application with the LA District Attorney to change involuntary manslaughter against Dr Conrad Murray to a homicide charge. “I’m seeking justice for my son,” a newspaper quoted dad Joe as saying. The 56-year-old physician was bailed this month after pleading not guilty to manslaughter and was given permission to keep practicing medicine. He faces court in April. ANI
