Washington: After having made a whooping 18 million dollars from her “fairytale” wedding, experts say that the newly single Kim Kardashian stands a fair chance of gather additional revenue from her “quickie” divorce as well.
The experts also said that if the 31-year-old TV personality properly capitalises on her new status, she could make millions by selling her divorce story, pictures of herself as a newly single woman and driving up her appearance fees for the first parties she attends solo.
“Kim made so much money off her wedding and 72-day marriage to Kris that it will be hard to make more than that off the divorce, but Kim is smart and she will definitely try!” Fox News quoted Dorothy Cascerceri, the senior editor of Touch Weekly as saying.
“She raked in $100,000 when she sold cute photos of her and Kris vacationing in Mexico. She made $15 million from E! for her two-part wedding special and another $3 million off wedding photos.
“She could easily sell her first post-divorce interview for a half a million dollars or more,” she said.
According to Cascerceri, the socialite can tip of the paparazzi and sell photos of her and her new man once she starts dating again.
“Kim Kardashian can make a profit from anything, whether she’s single, engaged, married, dating a girl or a guy. The more publicity she gets, the higher in demand she is for appearances and those sort of things,” Cascerceri said.
“This divorce is making her the most talked-about name in Hollywood, so companies will continue to throw money at her,” she added.
