Hilfiger`s son relieved from drug prosecution

Richard, son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has apparently escaped prosecution.

London: Richard Hilfiger, son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has apparently escaped prosecution on dealing and possession of drugs, following his arrest in July.

Richard Hilfiger`s car was taken into custody after officers allegedly found cannabis in his vehicle. According to website, the 20 year old was booked on one offense count of drug possession with intent to sell. However the Los Angeles authorities declined the prosecution on dealing charges, as he was found with around two ounces (0.05 kgs), reports the Daily Express. He will also not be charged for possession as he allegedly has a prescription for medical marijuana, reports the website. ANI
