A scene about Monica Lewinsky in new HBO film `The Special Relationship,` has been cut from the movie.

New York: A scene about Monica Lewinsky in new HBO film `The Special Relationship,` which revolves around Bill Clinton and Tony Blair`s strained friendship, has been cut from the movie. The scene shows the former American President confessing his affair with Lewinsky to wife Hillary.
Actress Hope Davis, who plays the former First Lady in the movie, revealed that the scene had been cut from the film at the last moment. "It felt very strange trying to shoot it. It was a very uncomfortable feeling," the New York Post quoted her, as telling the celebrity-news Web site becksmithhollywood.com. Davis added: "In the end, it was not included, which was smart on their part. I felt, the less said, the better." HBO`s head of films, Len Amato, said: "You don`t need a lot of it to make the point for the story we were telling." Dennis Quaid plays the role of Clinton and Michael Sheen plays Blair in the film.
