Mumbai: Bollywood diva Bipasha Basu is roped in to give a scintillating performance on the grand finale of the IPL this season. The sultry actress is a hard core cricket fan, though she confesses of her confusion as to which team to support on the D-day.
Bipasha Basu was born in Kolkata, but the girl was raised and brought up in Delhi, and Mumbai is apparently the city where she lives and calls home. So, on the last day of the IPL when Team Mumbai fights with Team Chennai, she was asked about her favourite team. Surprisingly she replied Chennai!
Recently, while talking to a news daily, Bipasha said, “Kis kis ko support karoon?” Since MS Dhoni is a good friend, she had settled down to cheer Team Chennai. The Bong beauty confirmed her IPL grand finale performance in her signature husky voice, “Yes, I’m performing at the IPL finale tomorrow.”
With her all new fit and fabulous body, she’s bound to send the oomph-o-meter soaring. When she was asked if that was the reason behind the sparkling relationship with John Abraham, she said, “For John, fitness is a way of life. We enjoy going to the gym together, there are certain common points that we share - our upbringing, our middle-class roots are similar, we are simple, grounded, and our families don’t treat us like stars. But going by our personalities, we are two very different people.”
Well, there’s no doubt about that…when it’s fit, it’s got to be hit!
