London: Australian singer Peter Andre is said to be smitten with socialite Kim Kardashian.
Andre, 37, jetted out to the French Riviera to meet up with Kardashian, 29, where they both spent the evening partying at the World Music Awards in swanky Monte Carlo.
The singer’s friends revealed that they were hoping it would be Andre’s lucky night.
“He believes Kim could be the one for him,” the Daily Star quoted one of the pal as saying.
Andre joined celebs including Paris Hilton, 29, Jennifer Lopez, 40, and Rachel Hunter, 40, at the awards bash.
But he only had eyes for Kardashian and made a beeline for her as soon as he arrived, and after spending some time chatting the two hit it off.
“Peter and Kim would be perfect together. We all think it and have told him a few times. She is absolutely beautiful and a really lovely girl,” a source close to the singer said.
“Plus, she knows all about the fame game, reality shows and everything else that Peter is involved with.
“We were all hoping it would be his lucky night. He deserves a good woman after the last year.
“They could be a match made in Heaven,” the source added.
