The guitarist had undergone a knee surgery in 2008. He had revealed before the surgery that he was playing in pain for three years, as an injury caused by a stage fall in Dallas, Texas 23 years ago had relapsed. Perry mentioned that Aerosmith would tour once again in 2010 after a "breather." ANI
