New Delhi: The proposed public sector bank employees' four-day strike which was scheduled to begin on Wednesday (January 21) has been deferred, reports said late Monday evening.

The employees had decided a four-day striek from January 21 to protest against the "rigid and callous attitude" of Central Government in resolving the long pending wage revision issue, a senior union leader had said earlier.
