Gwyneth Paltrow takes fashion advice from daughter

London: Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow says she takes fashion advice from her seven-year-old daughter Apple.

The `Country Strong` star, who topped the best-dressed lists with her Tom Ford cape dress at the Oscars, said her daughter`s opinion counts for a lot when it comes to dressing for the red carpet, reported Contactmusic. "My daughter loves a fashion moment. She weighs in very heavily," Paltrow said. Talking about the unusual gown she wore at the Academy Awards, Paltrow said she was inspired by a similar outfit worn by America`s former First Lady Jackie Onassis. "I tried on one dress. That was the dress and I thought, It`s a little different but it`s sort of a throwback. I saw a pic of Jackie O in a white dress with a cape and it`s been a while since anyone`s worn a cape, frankly, except for Superman," Paltrow added. PTI
