London: Kim Kardashian has taken legal action over a photograph of her bare breasts being featured on the cover of an album.
Kardashian, 30, was left stunned when saw the image from W magazine used on the cover of Terrace Martin and Devi Dev Present: The Sex EP.
Her lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to Martin and Dev, asking them to take the picture off the album cover.
“We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission,” the Daily Mail quoted the lawyers as stating in the letter.
But Dev told a gossip website that they had no idea they were using Kardashian’s picture.
“We didn’t even know they were her boobies because obviously I don’t recognize her by her nipples,” Dev added.
