Brit takes counselling to get rid of sausage addiction

David is reportedly undergoing counselling after developing an unusual addiction to the bangers.

London: A British accountant bitten by the sausage bug is reportedly undergoing counselling after developing an unusual addiction to the bangers.
David Harding, 47, and a father-of-three has spent almost 2,000 pounds in an attempt to fight his bizarre habit, which sees him eat up to 13 sausages per day. He is now spending up to an hour every month talking through his addiction and has even undergone hypnosis to ``break the spell`` of his problem. However, Harding admits that he is nowhere closer to "freeing" himself from cravings snags. “I genuinely cannot bear the thought of living without sausages. Drug addicts crave their medicine of choice, and it’s the same for me - except that my drug is a banger,” the Daily Mail quoted him as saying. He reportedly spends up to 700 pounds per year on bangers and has even bought a deep chest freezer to store the vast quantities of his favourite McWhinneys Irish pork sausages. It has emerged that Harding has eaten at least one sausage per day - in sandwiches, fry-ups or main meals since the age of five. ANI
