Oprah Winfrey Controversies status

Oprah has been criticised by traditional Christians for a number of years, for her teachings do not match those of the traditional Christian scripture. Oprah`s spokesperson has made a comment that Oprah considers herself a Christian and was raised Baptist.

Oprah was sued by Texas cattlemen, who claimed that Oprah defamed beef on her talk show. The case went to trial, causing Oprah to have to relocate her show`s production to Amarillo, TX for the duration of the trial. She was not found liable.
