Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor’s weight related facts began to make headlines after she slimmed down to ‘Size-Zero’ in ‘Tashan’. Since then, everything about Kareena’s diet and fitness regime has made headlines. Talking cheekily about her weight woes, the lass said, “Weight is a natural and national crisis in our country. It is so important to our being. Haven’t you noticed, that’s why the subject keeps creeping up in every conversation.” Although, ‘Milenge Milenge’ expectedly bombed at the BO, Kareena is hopeful about her upcoming films. She feels that gradually woman-centric roles (‘Heroine’, ‘We are Family’) are being carved in the industry. “Indian films are becoming more women centric, which is a good thing and gives actresses great exposure. Actors are like scientists. They experiment with their films. Some experiments are good, some go awry.” Talking about her life as a star kid, Bebo said, “It’s very difficult to prove yourself especially if you are a star kid. There was a time in between while I was growing up, for about a year that I wanted to become a lawyer. But I soon realized it was not my area and I ran away from there. Now, even if the film industry gets rough sometimes, I am glad of my achievement. Karishma and I are the first siblings in the industry to have tasted so much success.”
