London: Actress-singer Roxanne Pallett was reportedly rushed to hospital with a severe kidney infection.
The 30-year-old is undergoing tests at the Princess Royal Hospital in Bromley, Kent, reports thesun.co.uk. The former `Emmerdale` suffered crippling pain as she travelled to Cambridge to play Janet on stage in musical show `The Rocky Horror Show`. "She was on the way to the theatre. It`s a severe kidney infection," said a source. "She`s very clean-living. She doesn`t drink or smoke and looks after herself, although she is a workaholic," the source added. Pallett, who is dating actor Harry Neale, became famous after playing Jo Sugden in ITV soap opera Emmerdale. IANS
