Tata Capital, EDB sign MoU to promote investment in Singapore

Tata Capital Pte Ltd (TCPL) Monday said it has signed an agreement with the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore to promote investment in that country.

Mumbai: Tata Capital Pte Ltd (TCPL) Monday said it has signed an agreement with the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore to promote investment in that country.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding, TCPL will facilitate collaboration and information exchange between EDB and companies from India and other countries besides offering strategic advice and financial solutions, TCPL, a subsidiary of Tata Capital and part of Tata Group, said in a release issued here.

"By working with EDB of Singapore, we will be in the best position to help such companies leverage Singapore's regional and international influence and outreach and in return, contribute to Singapore's long term prosperity," Tata Capital Managing Director and CEO Praveen P Kadle said.
