Madonna launches competition to find dancer

London: Pop star Madonna has launched a competition to find a dancer who will join her in her next tour.

Madonna has teamed up with Smirnoff Vodka. She has asked fans to submit a 60-second video about themselves, contactmusic.com reports. As part of the campaign, fans from across the globe are being asked to swap their best nightlife experiences on social networking site Facebook.com to create the "world`s biggest nightlife exchange". Fifty parties will also occur simultaneously in different countries Nov 12, and Madonna will attend one Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project bash to judge a dance-off by selected competitors. "What attracted me to the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project is the combination of participating in the celebration of nightlife around the world and the opportunity to discover the world`s best unknown dancers. The best dancers are always in the clubs looking for the most original experience, just like Smirnoff is doing," said Madonna. IANS
