New Delhi: Taiwanese handset maker HTC has launched two smartphones Desire 616 and HTC One E8 dual SIM in the Indian market. The firm is eyeing atleast one sixth of the market share in the expanding smartphone market. HTC has launched one high-end smartphone while the other one is a mid-range smartphone.
The Desire 616 is priced at Rs 17,200 and E8 is priced at Rs 34,990.
HTC One E8 comes with 5-inch full HD display. Powered by 2.5 GHz quad-core processor it comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage that can be expandable to 128 GB using microSD card, 13 mega pixel back camera and 5MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The phone comes with motion launch, HTC BoomSound.
HTC Desire 616 comes with 5-inch display, 1.4 GHz octacore processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal storage that is expandable upto 32GB, 8MP back and 2 MP front camera.
