Russell Brand tweets naked pic to promote new book

New York: Comedian Russell Brand has found a novel way of promoting his new book – posing naked on Twitter with the tome covering his private parts.

Brand, 35, tweeted a picture of himself naked with the copy of his second autobiographical instalment “My Booky Wook 2”, and the photo was tagged with the caption “Erotic literature? This time its personal”. He also tweeted to a fan that the copy was “destroyed for hygiene reasons”, the New York Daily News reported. The book shows Brand through the ups and downs of fame, touring, tabloids, movies, and his relationship with singer Katy Perry, who he famously says, changed him from a bad boy to a one-woman man. Brand will be promoting his book in New York on October 12. ANI
