London: Angelina Jolie has said that she enjoyed doing the fight scenes in her new thriller ‘Salt’.
The actress has said that she was in her element filming the stunts for the spy film.
"I`d done a lot of action movies but they were all based in fantasy in some way. This was the first time I got to do something based in reality and I think that makes all the action harder and softer and just a lot more fun," the Mirror quoted her as saying.
"In most action films you have that one gun but in this one it`s everybody taking everyone else`s. I think I got to play with just about everything including a fire extinguisher in a way I had never used it," the actress laughed.
In the film the actress plays Salt, a CIA agent who`s on the run after being labelled a Russian sleeper spy, and she revealed she`s been left with a permanent scar from filming.
"Oddly I got injured in one of the most ridiculously easy scenes in the movie, I had to just jump into a door and shoot sideways while I roll on the ground.
"I rolled in to a desk and cracked my skull, it was bleeding and I have a little scar now on my head," she revealed.
At first Angelina even thought she`d lost her hearing in the accident.
"I actually thought that I had some problems because I couldn`t hear anybody very well and I thought ``oh my god`` but I`d forgotten I had my ear plugs in, I was fine!" she laughed.
