New York: Jay-Z and Alicia Keys` `Empire State of Mind` claimed the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for a second consecutive week.Lady Gaga`s "Bad Romance" leaped from No. 11 to the second rung of the singles chart, joining her "Paparazzi" in the top 10.
Also moving into the top 10, from No. 12 to No. 7, was French DJ/Producer David Guetta, with vocal help from Akon, on "Sexy Chick."
Elsewhere in the top of the chart, Owl City`s "Fireflies" descended one slot to No. 3, staying a spot above Jason DeRulo`s "Whatcha Say," which also slipped one level lower. "Replay" by Iyaz fell two to No. 6, and Lady Gaga`s "Paparazzi" climbed one rung to No. 8. Britney Spears` "3" slid from No. 6 to the ninth spot, and "Down" by Jay Sean fell three to No. 10.
The chart`s Hot Shot Debut belonged to John Mayer`s "Half of My Heart" at No. 25, a duet with the red-hot Taylor Swift from Mayer`s No. 1 album, "Battle Studies."
Other notable debuts included four more tracks from the cast of the TV series "Glee" and three tracks from teen heartthrob Justin Bieber. With "Down to Earth" (No. 79), "Bigger" (No. 94) and "First Dance" featuring Usher (No. 99), Bieber has now charted with all seven songs from his debut EP, "My World." That set opened at No. 7 on the Billboard 200.
