Andre resorted to cosmetic surgery after a fan made him feel paranoid.

London: Australian singer Peter Andre revealed that he resorted to cosmetic surgery after a young fan made him feel paranoid about the size of his nose. "Do you know what? I had my nose done years ago because a little kid came up to me and said, `I really like you but you have got a massive nose`," contactmusic.com quoted him as saying.

The "Mysterious Girl" singer says he became so self-conscious about his face after the encounter that he no longer wanted to pose for photos and so he went under knife to change his appearance. "It made me so paranoid because then every time somebody was taking a picture, if they were over there I would go (and hide). Every time. I became so paranoid. I grew this hair to cover it. It`s not much smaller (now) but I just got rid of a bit," he added. IANS
